- This warranty applies only to damaged machines that have been used with genuine Lotos Technology consumables.
- If non-Lotos consumables have been used and have caused damage to your machine, the warranty will not apply.
- To make a claim under the limited warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase from our authorized dealers and have a valid shipping address within the US.
- Please note that this warranty is valid only in the US and for orders placed through our authorized dealers. We do not have any authorized dealers outside the US, and therefore, we cannot provide warranty coverage outside the US (e.g., Canada, Mexico).
